PRICE
The prices quoted on our website include VAT or carriage. Carriage will be charged at cost on all orders and at the discretion of the Company.

MINIMUM ORDER
Whilst there is no minimum order requirement, goodys wines will not ship goods outside
South Africa where the order is less than 1 case. Such orders will be supplied only to a
South African address.

CREDIT ACCOUNTS
The Company may extend monthly credit facilities to customers already established in business, provided their credit worthiness is approved by our Credit Insurers. We will not supply goods purchased on our website on credit and such order must be paid for by credit card before we can ship them.

PRO-FORMA TRANSACTIONS
New customers, new in business, and established customers who place initial orders of less than 5 cases, will be required to pay pro-forma,i.e. in advance, for the first order. Subsequent orders will be supplied on credit, subject to verification of credit worthiness. Pro-forma orders will be despatched only when cheques have been cleared.

PAYMENT TERMS
30 days from invoice date. Pro-forma less 5% discount. Discount is allowable on goods value only. A financing charge equal to 2% per month will be added to overdue accounts for each period of 30 days after the due date, until full payment has been received.

OVERDUE ACCOUNTS
Non-compliance with payment terms on a regular basis, will result in the withdrawal of credit facilities and the suspension of deliveries or cancellation of any non-delivered part of an order.

DELIVERY
Normal delivery periods vary from 2-7 days from receipt of order. Whilst every effort will be made to fulfil delivery dates, no liability will be accepted for delay or non-delivery due to circumstances beyond the Company's control.

RETURNS
No goods may be returned if supplied as ordered and in good conditions, without the Company's prior agreement. Request to return goods must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery. No goods will be accepted for return unless they are clearly marked with a valid Return Materials Authorization (RMA number) obtained from the Company, prior to any such return. Goods returned after 7 days of the delivery date will not be accepted. Goods are returned at customer's risk and cost. Returned goods must contain their original packaging. The customer must be in receipt of a valid RMA Request Form detailing goods to be returned.

CANCELLATION
On receipt by the Company, customer's orders become binding, unless repudiated within 7 days. Any subsequent cancellation shall render the customer liable to compensate the Company to the extent of 50% of the value of the order.

ORDERS NOT TAKEN UP
Customers who do not take up orders specially ordered for them, will become liable to compensate the Company for 100% of the value of the order, and will be invoiced accordingly.

TITLE OF THE GOODS
Goods remain the property of the Company until paid for. However, the risk of the goods shall pass to the customer on delivery and, accordingly customers should insure the goods against such risks as they think appropriate.

REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES
For the term of the agreement ("the Agreement") the customer hereby declares and agrees that he/she has read and understood the Terms and Conditions of Sale and that he/she agrees to the same that they are incorporated into our Agreement.

AGE RESTRICTION
We won't sell wine to anyone who isn't 21 years old or over. Sorry, but that's the law. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 21 years old.
