your shopping. In short, you're probably safer using your card on
our site than in a situation where others have access to your card

Yes, your information is kept strictly confidential and is never
disclosed to third parties. Moreover, we will only contact you with
news of special offers and promotions if you've indicated you would

How do I make a return?
To return a product you've purchased from Goody's Wines, contact
us and we'll be happy to assist you.
What areas are you delivering to?
We are delivering to all large cities nationwide. If we don't deliver
to you, you can contact us to arrange special delivery to your area.
What is your delivery schedule?
We use an outsourced delivery partner to deliver to you. Depending
on your location this may take up to 2 days as items are shipped
from Johannesburg. Depending on your location delivery is in a 2
hour or 4 hour time slot of your choice.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery costs vary depending on your location and weight of items
purchased. For the first 12 Kg (additional R0.5 per Kg thereafter)
here is a breakdown of the delivery costs:
- R25-R35 Greater Cape Town, Johannesburg, Pretoria
and Durban areas
Your delivery fee will be calculated automatically for you at time
of checkout based on items purchased and your delivery address.
How do I buy something?
It's really simple. Just find the product you're looking for, add
it to your shopping bag, then on Check Out when you're ready to
purchase what you've added, and follow the instructions.
Should I tip for my delivery?
Our drivers are fully remunerated, so it's not at all necessary
to tip them - though tipping is a personal preference, and ultimately
at our customers' discretion.
Can I deliver wine to friends/family abroad?
Yes, we will deliver to your friends provided you provide us with
your delivery instructions and you paid for the order.
